At Old Florida Docks, we take our work seriously—but not ourselves.
We’re a crew of like-minded guys who believe in showing up, working hard, and building docks that actually last. You won’t find shortcuts here. Every piling we drive and every board we lay is something we take pride in—because our name is on it.
But that doesn’t mean we don’t have fun.
Music’s usually playing, jokes are flying, and there’s a good chance someone’s talking trash about who’s the best at screwing off (deck boards).
We’ve built a culture of “play hard, work harder.”
It’s not corporate, it’s not fake—it’s just a solid group of guys who want to do good work, make some money, and enjoy being on the water while we do it.
